Estranged Couple Shoo and Lim Hyo-sung Visit Japanese Maid Café: A Cultural Exploration

On the 12th, the YouTube channel 'Human That's Shoo' released a video titled 'What Happens When Shoo & Hyo-sung Visit a Japanese Maid Café Together (Infinite Moe Moe Kyun)'.
In the video, Shoo and Lim Hyo-sung made their first visit to a maid café in Akihabara, Tokyo. Lim Hyo-sung, faced with the 'Moe Moe Kyun' chant from the staff dressed in maid costumes, admitted, "I don't really like this kind of thing," while maintaining a stiff expression.

While sitting side by side, Lim Hyo-sung drew attention by telling Shoo, "Move over. You're too close," and later requested not to air certain actions he took at the café.
Observing other patrons, Lim Hyo-sung candidly remarked, "This isn't fun. Everyone here looks shady, like perverts." Shoo responded, "It might be hard to accept, but it's part of this country's culture," adding that she respects how openly Japanese people express their interests.

He emphasized that he wouldn't recommend maid cafés to others, stating, "I'm very much in tune with Korean sentiments. I'm okay with American styles, but Japanese culture feels awkward to me," eliciting laughter.
Meanwhile, Shoo and Lim Hyo-sung, who married in 2010, have been living separately for the past four years. Lim Hyo-sung revealed that they live as a weekend couple due to unresolved issues regarding divorce and child custody, adding, "I loved her before, but not anymore," which has sparked public interest.
