Former Baseball Star Lee Dae-eun and Singer Truedy Expecting First Child, Share Parenting Aspirations

The couple graced the cover of the September issue of the monthly women's magazine, Jubu Life, celebrating its 60th anniversary.
In the photoshoot, which was released ahead of their November due date, the couple exuded bright energy and synergy. Lee Dae-eun was attentive to his pregnant wife, while Truedy radiated cheerful energy, creating a warm atmosphere on set.

Lee Dae-eun, who became the star of a perfect game on the baseball variety show 'Flaming Baseball,' shared, "I still get thrilled thinking about that moment." When told that it's a record even professional players find hard to achieve, he said, "I'm a bit dazed too, but I feel immense gratitude to the coach who believed in me and especially to the fans who supported me." Truedy supported her husband, saying, "After retiring suddenly post-marriage, my husband had many personal concerns, but achieving the perfect game seems to have given him a great sense of pride, which is a relief."
As expectant parents, the couple also showed their readiness for parenthood. They spend time discussing what kind of parents they want to be. Lee Dae-eun said, "My father is the perfect role model for me. I want to actively support and encourage my child's choices and opinions like he did. My father is also my best friend, and I want to be that kind of father to my child." Truedy expressed her aspirations, "I want to be a supportive yet cool mom who can maintain a proper distance with my child."
