Police Officers Under Investigation for Unauthorized Attendance at Psy's 'Summer Swag' Concert

Police officers have been caught attending Psy's 'Summer Swag' concert without tickets.

On the 22nd, the Busan Metropolitan Police Agency announced that they are conducting an internal investigation into five officers who watched the concert while on duty at the Busan Asiad Auxiliary Stadium on the 15th and 16th. The officers were reportedly caught by concert staff who noticed they were not wearing the wristbands distributed to attendees.

The officers explained, "We just happened to see it while returning from the restroom during our duty." However, the Busan Police have acknowledged the situation and initiated an internal probe. The unauthorized attendance could potentially lead to fraud charges, escalating the situation further.

The Busan Police Agency stated, "We are verifying the facts through an internal investigation," and added that no disciplinary actions, such as suspension, have been taken against the officers yet.
