Wendy Celebrates First Anniversary as 'Youngstreet' DJ with Heartfelt Message

Singer Wendy has shared her thoughts on the first anniversary of hosting 'Wendy's Youngstreet'.

On the occasion of the first anniversary of SBS PowerFM's 'Wendy's Youngstreet' on the 19th, Wendy expressed her gratitude to the listeners who celebrated with her, stating, "Thank you to all the listeners who congratulated us on our first anniversary. I will continue to be with you and ensure enjoyable evenings."

Wendy joined 'Wendy's Youngstreet' as a DJ on August 19, 2024, and has been engaging with listeners with her signature bright and energetic presence. Notably, Wendy took a one-year break after serving as a DJ from 2021 to 2023 and has been actively hosting 'Wendy's Youngstreet' since 2024, establishing herself as the longest-serving DJ.

Wendy continues to connect with her audience through various segments such as 'Youngs Labs', where she addresses listeners' curiosities, and 'Youngs Maps', where she reflects on the daily stories of her fans, affectionately known as 'Wanso'.

Additionally, in the segment 'Guest Corner: What's Up with Youngs?', she has demonstrated smooth hosting skills by leading unique guests, which was recognized when she won the 'Radio DJ Award' at the '2022 SBS Entertainment Awards'.
