Actor Seo Beom-jun Joins Daraum Entertainment After Contract Ends with Chorokbaem
Actor Seo Beom-jun has parted ways with Chorokbaem Entertainment, formerly known as Hook Entertainment, as his exclusive contract has expired. He has now joined Daraum Entertainment, founded by CEO Kwon Jin-young.

According to TenAsia's report on the 14th, Seo Beom-jun's contract with Chorokbaem ended in late July. He has since moved to Daraum Entertainment, where his senior, Park Min-young, is also signed. The two have previously worked together under Hook Entertainment.

Daraum Entertainment was established earlier this year by executives who left Hook Entertainment, including CEO Kwon. Park Min-young was the first actor to join, and now Seo Beom-jun follows in her footsteps.

Seo Beom-jun recently starred as Jung Soo-gyeom in the KBS 2TV drama 'I Took the First Night of the Male Lead,' showcasing unwavering love for his beloved. He is set to take on a new role as Kim Woo-joo, a perfect son, in the upcoming SBS drama 'Uju Merry Me,' scheduled to air in the second half of this year.

Additionally, Seo Beom-jun is reportedly receiving numerous offers from the entertainment industry. He recently appeared on MBC's 'I Live Alone,' where he impressed viewers with his hearty appetite, surprising even 'mukbang master' Moon Se-yoon.

Meanwhile, in February, Chorokbaem Entertainment underwent a name change from Hook Entertainment. This change followed the acquisition of Hook Entertainment's parent company, Chorokbaem Media, by a fund managed by private equity firm Q Capital. The company is now home to actors such as Lee Sang-yi, Han Ji-hyun, and Yoo In-na.
