‘I Am Solo’ Star Jeong-sook Embarks on Japan Trip Amid Legal Troubles

‘I Am Solo’ Season 10 contestant Jeong-sook has jetted off to Japan.

On the 15th, Jeong-sook shared several travel photos on her social media account.

The photos reveal Jeong-sook enjoying a trip to Japan with her daughter.

Previously, on the 24th of last month, Judge Park Kyung-mo of the Daegu District Court sentenced Jeong-sook to a fine of 7 million won.

Jeong-sook was charged with assaulting a victim by hitting them in the face six times and damaging a cellphone by dropping it on the ground. She was also accused of insulting the victim by calling them a 'thug' in front of bystanders.

The court explained the sentencing by stating, “The defendant has admitted to all charges and shown remorse. The acts appear to have been somewhat impulsive due to intoxication. However, the nature of the crime is severe, and there was no settlement with the victim. Additionally, the defendant has a prior record of similar offenses.”
