Comedian Song Eun-yi Emerges as Real Estate Mogul with Soaring Property Value

According to recent reports from Building Road Real Estate Brokerage Corporation, the property owned by Song Eun-yi under a corporate name in Sangam-dong, Seoul, has increased in value by nearly 7 billion KRW (approximately $5.8 million) over five years.
In 2020, Song Eun-yi purchased land near Digital Media City (DMC) Station for 5.04 billion KRW (approximately $4.2 million) and constructed a new building with a basement and six floors above ground, covering a total area of 370 pyeong (approximately 13,140 square feet) by 2022. The building is now valued at approximately 15.7 billion KRW (approximately $13 million).
The building serves as the headquarters for Song Eun-yi's companies, Content Lab Vivo and Media Lab Seesaw. It is strategically located in the bustling DMC area of Sangam-dong, within a five-minute walk from DMC Station, which is a transfer point for the Airport Railroad, Line 6, and the Gyeongui-Jungang Line.
On her YouTube channel 'Vivo TV,' Song Eun-yi addressed the '100 billion KRW CEO' label, stating, "I don't have 100 billion KRW, so I don't know where that came from," and added, "If I ever have 100 billion KRW, I would first pay off my loans to have peace of mind."
