In other news, a past exclusive report revealed that the value of a building G-Dragon purchased in Seoul's upscale Cheongdam-dong district has surged from 8.8 billion KRW to 17.3 billion KRW. G-Dragon acquired the property in 2017, which spans from a basement to six floors above ground, covering approximately 96 pyeong (about 3,400 square feet). He reportedly bought the building under his name with 5.85 billion KRW in cash and a 3 billion KRW loan.
