G-Dragon Arrives Late to Event, Makes Generous Donation to Youth Alcoholism Foundation

G-Dragon, the renowned K-pop star, was late once again, this time to an event following a concert delay.

On the evening of the 13th, G-Dragon attended the 'Peaceminusone Premium Highball Launch Party - The Signal' held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

The event was scheduled to start at 7 PM, but G-Dragon arrived at approximately 7:40 PM, about 40 minutes late.

An event representative explained that the delay was due to traffic congestion. However, G-Dragon did not offer any personal explanation and quickly posed for photos on the red carpet.

In a notable gesture, G-Dragon donated 880 million KRW to the Just Peace Foundation, where he serves as an honorary chairman, to support ongoing treatment for youth alcoholism. The donation amount symbolizes infinity (∞) with the number 8. He expressed his hope that this donation would be the beginning of a culture of giving that everyone can participate in.
