Son Dam-bi Stuns with Postpartum Recovery and Fitness Journey

Singer and actress Son Dam-bi has amazed fans with her impressive postpartum recovery.

On October 12, Son Dam-bi shared a photo on her Instagram story with the caption "Workout Done."

In the photo, Son Dam-bi is seen smiling at her reflection in the mirror, dressed in matching workout attire. Her toned legs and lack of swelling, despite being less than 100 days postpartum, have left fans in awe.

Previously, Son Dam-bi acknowledged her quick recovery on her YouTube channel, describing herself as having "amazing recovery abilities."

Son Dam-bi married former speed skater Lee Kyu-hyuk in 2022. Last year, on the TV Chosun show 'Dad and Me,' a fortune teller predicted that Son Dam-bi would conceive that year and could give birth by May or June of the following year. This prediction brought a smile to Son Dam-bi's face. Indeed, she successfully gave birth to a healthy daughter on September 11.
