Broadcaster Park Ji-yoon and Former KBS Announcer Choi Dong-seok Celebrate Daughter's Graduation Amid Divorce Proceedings

Broadcaster Park Ji-yoon and former KBS announcer Choi Dong-seok each celebrated their daughter's graduation.

Recently, Park Ji-yoon shared on her Instagram, "Today, Dain graduated from middle school. The school year here ends in June, so it feels bittersweet," along with several photos.

In the photos, Park Ji-yoon is seen attending her daughter's graduation ceremony and enjoying a celebration party. Notably, she appeared alone at the graduation photo wall, drawing attention.

On June 8, Choi Dong-seok posted on his Instagram, "Congratulations on Dain's graduation. And since it would be a shame not to, congratulations to Ian on the upcoming new school year. Enjoying favorite foods and blowing out candles on a small cake, smiling once again," along with several photos.

Their daughter seemed to have visited Park Ji-yoon's home before heading to Choi Dong-seok's, as she was seen in comfortable attire with arms wide open in front of a cake, continuing the celebration.

The couple married in 2009 and have a son and a daughter. However, in October 2023, after 14 years of marriage, they are undergoing divorce proceedings.

Park Ji-yoon has secured custody and parental rights, while Choi Dong-seok currently has visitation rights, allowing him to meet the children twice a week. Typically set at once a week, visitation rights can be adjusted by agreement or court decision.

The couple filed for divorce mediation at the Jeju District Court and have since engaged in a contentious legal battle, including mutual lawsuits.
