Former Tennis Star Jeon Mi-ra Shares Fitness Secrets and Lifestyle Tips
Jeon Mi-ra, former tennis player and wife of singer-songwriter Yoon Jong-shin, recently shared her fitness secrets and lifestyle tips on Instagram.

On the 5th, Jeon posted a video on her Instagram, advising her followers to "Treat your body healthily! No excuses, just do it in the given situation! Start with what you can do right now."

In the video, Jeon Mi-ra showcases her toned abs while wearing various outfits. Although her abs are not the typical 'chocolate abs' due to three childbirths, her fit and bronzed physique at nearly 50 years old is impressive.

Jeon emphasized the importance of lifestyle habits, listing "Exercising at least twice a week, waking up 30 minutes earlier, utilizing weekends, and reducing time spent in bed."

She also advised smokers to quit smoking, stating firmly, "There is no such thing as gradually reducing." For those with frequent work-related gatherings, she asserted, "There are always ways if you look for them."

Jeon shared her diet tips, suggesting to "Reduce carbohydrates to one meal and focus on proteins and vegetables, with two eggs in the morning being essential." She added, "Exercise changes your body inside and out, and with change comes confidence."

She continued, "With confidence, you gain efficiency in work and life, sleep better, have more energy, and can accomplish more. Your mind becomes clearer, and ideas flow more freely."

Jeon concluded with practical advice, saying, "Your current body is the result of your lifestyle. Instead of setting grand goals like losing a certain number of kilograms, choose slightly inconvenient and challenging habits. If you don't rush for results, anyone can achieve this."

Jeon Mi-ra married Yoon Jong-shin in 2006. They have one son, Raik, born in 2007, and two daughters, Raim and Rao, born in 2009 and 2010, respectively.
