Lee Dong-wook Stresses the Importance of Voting Ahead of South Korea's Presidential Election

On the 1st, Lee shared on a fan communication platform that he had participated in early voting, stating, "I did early voting. Went on the first day." He explained, "I have a shoot on the main voting day. Early voting is convenient. The lines are shorter."
He further urged, "To those who say there's no one to vote for, as I always say, voting is about preventing the worst. If there's no best option, choose the next best, and if not, the lesser evil to prevent the worst."
Previously, Lee had shown support for fans attending rallies advocating for the impeachment of former President Yoon Suk-yeol. At the time, he shared Girls' Generation's 'Into the New World' to resonate with the fans' actions.
Following Yoon's removal from office, Lee posted a message saying, "Ah, it's finally spring. Winter was too long," along with a photo of cherry blossoms in full bloom. He added, "There was a forecast for rain today, but the weather is clear. Everyone, go out and have fun. Enjoy your Friday night," expressing his joy.
