Lee Soo Man's Documentary Premiere: A Star-Studded Event in Hollywood

The premiere of the documentary on Lee Soo Man, former executive producer of SM Entertainment, saw a gathering of renowned artists.

On November 13th (U.S. time), Amazon Prime will globally release 'Lee Soo Man: King of K-Pop,' a documentary by A2O Entertainment that highlights Lee Soo Man's musical journey and cultural impact.

Ahead of its official release, a 'Premiere & After Party' was held on November 12th at NeueHouse Hollywood in California. The event was attended by Lee Soo Man, along with approximately 300 Hollywood music and film industry professionals, actors, singers, MCs, models, and influencers. Notable songwriters like Dem Jointz, Ferris, Stereotypes, and Tone Stith, who have maintained a long-standing relationship with Lee Soo Man, were also present.

Super Junior's Choi Siwon and SHINee's Taemin, both produced by Lee Soo Man, made a notable appearance on the red carpet, holding his hand. Girls' Generation members Tiffany, Hyoyeon, and Sunny, along with A2O MAY, also graced the red carpet. Hyoyeon, performing as DJ HYO, prepared a DJ set for the rooftop party against the backdrop of the Hollywood skyline, syncing with Lee Soo Man's playful turntable dance.

During the event, Lee Soo Man expressed his gratitude, naming the artists present and stating, "I am thankful to my singers, who are more like family than disciples, for making all of this possible. Without their talent and their choice to work with me, I wouldn't be here today." He also thanked producers Kenzie and Yoo Young-jin for creating the music he envisioned. Additionally, he expressed appreciation to director Ting Poo, Amazon Prime Video, and MGM Studio for their patience and understanding in bringing his story to life.

Girl group A2O MAY, produced by Lee Soo Man, shared their excitement, saying, "We are honored to be part of this special night celebrating the new documentary with Lee Soo Man." They performed 'Under My Skin' and 'BOSS,' receiving enthusiastic applause. A special moment was also created for A2O Entertainment's rookies, A2O LTB and A2O LTG, who are studying in the U.S., as they introduced themselves and delivered an impromptu performance.

'Lee Soo Man: King of K-Pop' is a documentary that focuses on Lee Soo Man's journey as a pioneer of the K-POP genre, elevating it to a global phenomenon.
