Red Velvet's Wendy Tops Poll as Most Desired Spring Picnic Companion

Red Velvet's Wendy has been voted as the top female singer fans would like to go on a spring picnic with at the Han River.

The poll, conducted by TenAsia from the 7th to the 13th, asked fans to choose which female singer they would most like to accompany them on a spring outing.

Wendy secured the first place spot. Recently, Wendy announced her departure from SM Entertainment after a decade-long partnership. On the 4th, SM Entertainment stated, "We inform you that the exclusive contracts with Wendy and Yeri have ended." They added, "We sincerely support Wendy and Yeri in their new beginnings." Wendy will continue her group activities with Red Velvet under SM.

In second place is Girls' Generation's Tiffany. She is set to conclude her fan concert tour in Seoul. Tiffany's fan concert, '[Here for You] IN SEOUL,' will be held on the 3rd of next month at 7 PM at the Myung Hwa Live Hall. This marks Tiffany Young's first solo performance in Korea in about six years since her 'Open Hearts Eve' concert in 2019. The setlist will feature special performances, including numbers from the musical 'Chicago.'

Third place goes to Girls' Generation's Seohyun. She is set to star in the KBS2 drama 'I Took the Male Lead's First Night,' which will premiere in June. The fantasy historical romance will see her acting alongside 2PM's Taecyeon. The reunion of these second-generation idols from the 2010s is already generating excitement.

Currently, on the Top Ten TenAsia website, polls are being conducted on topics such as 'Which female singer would you like to eat black bean noodles with to celebrate Black Day?' and similar polls for male singers and trot singers.
