Actor Jang Ki-yong has been chosen as the new face of the liquor brand GoldenBlue. Jang Ki-yong has been selected as the first model for GoldenBlue's new whiskey product, 'GoldenBlue Quartz,' and will continue to make his mark as a brand ambassador, starting with a digital advertising campaign. In the digital campaign photos released today, Jang Ki-yong showcased contrasting concepts, highlighting different charms. In a black-and-white monochrome setting, he emphasized style with intense gazes and poses, while contrasting this with a soft expression and relaxed demeanor, symbolically representing the brand's sophisticated image and smooth taste. A brand representative explained the reason for choosing Jang Ki-yong, stating, "We believe Jang Ki-yong's young and sophisticated image aligns with the brand's direction targeting the 20s and 30s demographic." They added, "We look forward to Jang Ki-yong's role as a trendy icon among the younger generation." Meanwhile, Jang Ki-yong, who received praise for his deepened acting and excellent character portrayal in this year's drama 'Not a Hero,' has confirmed his next project without a break and is currently filming the new series 'Pigsty.'
