Celebrity Chefs Explore 'Mosu Hong Kong' on KBS 2TV's 'The Boss Has Donkey Ears'
In the 351st episode of KBS 2TV's 'The Boss Has Donkey Ears', airing on the 5th, Jung Ho-young, Jung Ji-sun, and Yang Joon-hyuk embark on a tour to Hong Kong, visiting 'Mosu Hong Kong' located within a museum. The cast showed interest in the restaurant's exhibition-like scale and its interior, which utilizes Korean-themed decor.
While explaining the kitchen at the entrance, Jung Ho-young humorously mispronounced 'open kitchen' as 'open chicken', causing laughter. When Kim Sook questioned this, Jung Ho-young playfully brushed it off.
Jung Ji-sun, who previously spent approximately 5 million won on a meal at 'Mosu Seoul', expressed anticipation for the taste of the Hong Kong branch. Jung Ho-young mentioned his past difficulty in securing a reservation at the Seoul location. He also shared that the dinner price at 'Mosu Hong Kong' is around 400,000 won per person.
During the meal, the signature dish 'Abalone Taco' was served. Park Myung-soo expressed unfamiliarity with the artistic presentation of the dish, while Jung Ho-young described the dish's characteristics, highlighting the texture of yuba and the harmony of abalone and gamtae.
