Love and Drama Unfold in 'I Am SOLO, Then Love Continues'

In the latest episode of 'I Am SOLO, Then Love Continues' aired on ENA and SBS Plus, the 18th season's Kwangsoo showcased his 'straightforward king' persona, while the 5th season's Jungsoo remained indecisive.

The episode featured the story of 10 singles at 'Solo Minbak' exploring each other's true feelings through the 'Four Seasons Date Ticket'. Previously, in the 'Four Seasons Date Ticket' mission, the 18th season's Jeongsook won two tickets, while the 5th season's Jungsoo and the 13th season's Youngcheol each secured one. As a consolation prize, the 18th season's Kwangsoo and the 21st season's Youngsoo received 'self-funded date tickets'. Feeling triumphant, Kwangsoo recalled the 17th season's Youngsoo, who had spent 550,000 won on crab with a 'Four Seasons Date Ticket', and teased, "I can just splurge 550,000 won with my own money, right?" He then hinted at a 'confession announcement' by saying, "The person I call out around 1:30 AM will be the one I go on a 'date' with."

At 1:30 AM, Kwangsoo called out Jeongsook, who was like family to him, and asked her to relay a message to the 8th season's Jeongsook, "Someone with the same name as you is waiting outside." Surprised, the 8th season's Jeongsook, thinking she was being interviewed, was startled when Kwangsoo shielded her with an umbrella. Kwangsoo asked, "What do you want to eat?" and although Jeongsook was taken aback, she accepted the date, saying, "I might discover another charm of Kwangsoo~"

Meanwhile, the 5th season's Jungsoo, who had won two 'Four Seasons Date Tickets' from the 'Quick Raincoat Wearing Mission' and the 'Kick the Ball Far Mission', belatedly revealed his plans. He invited the 18th season's Jeongsook for a café date and the 15th season's Sunja for a meal date. The 21st season's Youngsoo, without any surprises, promised a lunch date with the 19th season's Youngsook, while the 13th season's Youngcheol struggled to decide on a date partner until late at night when he finally asked the 8th season's Jeongsook.

The next morning, the 18th season's Kwangsoo and the 19th season's Youngsook were ready early. Youngsook, after a walk with her 'roommate' the 12th season's Youngja, bought coffee for the 21st season's Youngsoo, complimenting his outfit and gifting him vitamins. Youngsoo, moving closer, suggested, "Let's speak casually," and promised to show her his true self. Youngsook, feeling a strong attraction, said, "I feel good and we communicate well," while Youngsoo expressed his growing affection, "You waited until I woke up and went to the convenience store to buy it. I'm so grateful."

The 5th season's Jungsoo, after receiving vitamins from the 18th season's Jeongsook, went on a meal date with the 15th season's Sunja. During the meal, Sunja revealed her 'cool princess' side, saying, "I've never dated someone I liked first. If someone isn't interested in me, I give up immediately." Jungsoo candidly admitted, "I want to get to know both of you. I chose you based on first impressions, but I also feel good when talking to her (18th season's Jeongsook)."

Hearing that Jungsoo's feelings were split evenly between her and Jeongsook, Sunja expressed disappointment, "I thought you'd have more feelings for me," and Jungsoo also reflected, "Hearing Sunja's view on relationships, I felt there might be conflicts." Sunja further commented, "Kwangsoo from the 18th season seems like a good husband material," and expressed her waning interest in Jungsoo, "I guess I want a 'one and only'."

Kwangsoo, excited, went on a date with the 8th season's Jeongsook in his new car. To appeal to her emotions, he sang Sung Si-kyung's songs, knowing she liked the singer, and peeled shrimp for her while eating together. However, unable to suppress his 'talkative' nature, he chatted excessively about topics like fishing and karaoke, causing Jeongsook to gradually lose her words. After the date, Jeongsook told the production team, "It was comfortable and fun, but it's not easy to see him as a man," while Kwangsoo, unaware of her feelings, confidently declared, "If I had to choose now, it would be Jeongsook from the 8th season!"

Before going on their dates, the 21st season's Youngja and the 19th season's Youngsook tried to set up the 13th season's Youngcheol and the 12th season's Youngja, saying, "It'd be perfect if you two had a meal and coffee together." Left alone at the accommodation, Youngja hid in her room, feeling "sudden," prompting Youngsoo to advise Youngcheol, "Cooking for Youngja would be the best." Youngcheol, gathering courage, visited Youngja's room, and they enjoyed a simple breakfast of dried pollack soup, sausages, and fried eggs.

During the meal, Youngcheol expressed his desire to continue their conversation from the previous day and asked about Youngja's relationship with Jungsoo. Youngja replied, "It's settled as of yesterday." After the meal, they took a walk on the beach, where Youngja cautiously explained her previously somber demeanor, "I've been in an environment where I can't be bright due to many incidents." Youngcheol empathized, "I felt the same. I've been through a breakup too..." Discovering their shared experience of loss from breakups, they began to open up, creating a romantic atmosphere.

The preview for the next episode showed the 19th season's Youngsook boldly pursuing the 21st season's Youngsoo, saying, "I guess I do care about looks, I like Youngsoo now," while the 8th season's Jeongsook, who previously found men calling her 'noona' unattractive, revealed a change of heart with Youngcheol's 'noona attack', "I can see why some people like younger men." Additionally, the 18th season's Jeongsook, who started a cheerful date with the 5th season's Jungsoo, suddenly turned cold after a comment from him, sparking curiosity about the upcoming romance at 'Solo Minbak'.
