Actress Kim Jung-nan Reunites with SHINee's Onew, Confesses Longtime Fandom

Actress Kim Jung-nan recently had a heartwarming encounter with SHINee's Onew, confessing her longtime admiration for the idol.

On the 11th, Kim Jung-nan's YouTube channel featured a video titled 'Why is Onew Here? SHINee's Onew Surprises True Fan Kim Jung-nan (Kim Jung-nan Surprise Camera).' In the video, Kim visits a Korean restaurant.

Disguised as a restaurant employee, Onew initially went unrecognized by Kim, leading to a humorous moment. When the production team commented on the employee's good looks, Kim remarked, "He's handsome, looks like an idol," and added, "I might be mistaken because of my poor eyesight, but doesn't he resemble Onew?" When Onew revealed his identity, Kim was visibly shocked, and the two exchanged warm greetings, reminiscing about the past.

When Kim asked Onew about his age, he replied, "By the old way of counting, I'm thirty-eight, but now I'm thirty-six," which surprised her. Kim expressed disbelief, saying, "I can't believe you're thirty-eight since I met you when you were so young. Taemin was even younger then," marveling at Onew's youthful appearance.

A notable moment was when Kim addressed rumors of her 'falling out of fandom.' She candidly admitted, "I'm a fan of SHINee, BTS, and ATEEZ," to which Onew responded, "I've heard."

Kim, appearing flustered, explained, "Last year, I couldn't engage much in fandom activities due to work and my cats being sick." She reassured, "My feelings for SHINee haven't faded at all." Onew responded, "I thought it might be time to pass on the fandom, but I understand people's feelings can change." Kim firmly stated, "I haven't switched allegiances," and promised, "I'll definitely attend the next concert," creating a warm atmosphere.

The two first met approximately 12 years ago on MBC's variety show 'Radio Star,' where Kim expressed her fervent fandom for SHINee and her affection for Onew.
