Composer Yoo Jae-hwan lost his mother.

On the 9th, Yoo Jae-hwan shared the sad news through his SNS, saying, "My mother has passed away." Yoo Jae-hwan's mother, Jeong Gyeong-suk, passed away on this day. She was 67 years old. It is reported that Yoo Jae-hwan's mother, Jeong Gyeong-suk, suffered from diabetes and complications.

Yoo Jae-hwan said, "Before he died, he always said that he wanted his funeral to be crowded, full of laughter, and full of noise." He added, "Even if we only brushed shoulders, I would be truly grateful, so I ask that you visit the funeral home often," and "I would be grateful if you could give me one last chance to show my filial piety."

The deceased's funeral home has been set up at the Severance Funeral Hall in Shinchon, Seoul. The funeral will be held at 6:40 AM on the 12th, and the burial site will be Incheon Family Park Pungsan Park Cemetery.

Yoo Jae-hwan refuted the broadcast content through SNS. He said, "There really is no such thing as composition fraud. It's so common in the music industry for songs to go to other people, and even if I explain it in detail, you won't even listen, so what can I do?" He also drew the line by saying, "I tried to pay out of moral responsibility, but I absolutely can't take it anymore. I will shout not guilty from the day the lawsuit is filed until the day the trial is over. There will be no refund right away. Absolutely not." He continued, "Just finish the investigation, sentencing, and trial as you wish, and then go through the civil process. Of course, I have hired a lawyer, and through numerous conversations with my lawyer, I have sufficiently said that I cannot give you a refund."
