Kim Shin-young, 'Withdrawal from National Singing Contest', does not participate in live radio broadcast

Singer Jeongmo appeared as a special DJ on MBC Radio FM4U's 'Noon Hope Song Kim Shin-young' broadcast on the 6th. On this day, Jeong said, "I think he was surprised to suddenly hear my voice," and added, "DJ Kim Shin-young has acute laryngitis and has no voice at all."
He then cheered for Kim Shin-young, saying, "He has been to the hospital and is undergoing treatment diligently. Please understand. I hope he can return quickly and greet everyone with a bright appearance."
Kim Shin-young's agency, C-JeS Studio, said, "She is currently taking a break."

In response, netizens pointed out that KBS gave a rude notice of withdrawal. In addition, a petition opposing the MC replacement was posted on the KBS viewer petition bulletin board.
Kim Shin-young's side also could not hide its embarrassment at KBS' unilateral decision. C-JeS Studio told Ten Asia, "We received notification of the last recording last week. The production team also contacted us in panic after receiving notice of a replacement MC. With the last recording on March 9 (Incheon Seo-gu), Kim Shin-young joined the production team that has been traveling around the country for over two years. “I plan to work hard on the final recording with everyone,” he said. Starting on the 31st, Nam Hee-seok will appear as the MC of ‘National Singing Contest’.
