'Scam Coin Suspicion' Cho Hyun-young sues Youth Committee Chairman after second denial
On the 24th, Cho Hyun-young said on her YouTube channel community, "I told you in my last statement that I was planning to take legal action, but there have been many people asking why there has been no complaint so far, so I would like to tell you about the progress."
Cho Hyun-young also announced through the posted statement that she had ▲ requested dismissal from her position as a public relations ambassador for the Korea Youth Committee, ▲ corrected the incorrect article content, and ▲ had completed filing a complaint against the chairman of the Korea Youth Committee.
He said, "I was steadily going through the next process, but I didn't want to continue to worry my fans who were worried about me, so I didn't tell them all about the process publicly. However, even though I explained it well, only one side said something." “It hurts so much that there are people who believe me and continue to criticize me,” he said.
He added, "Of course, I'm embarrassed because it's my first time doing something like this, and I may not be able to process things quickly enough to satisfy everyone who comments here." He added, "But I'm also staying focused and doing what I need to do step by step, so I'm not too worried. “I wish you would,” he said.
Lastly, he said, “It seems like suspicions are arising again, but since I told you everything I experienced at the time, there is nothing more to explain.” He added, “Since I have explained everything sufficiently, I do not plan to respond specifically to unfounded suspicions in the future.” “I have never told any lies to you until now, and I am taking the steps I promised, so I would be grateful if you could trust me and watch over me a little more.”
Previously, the Youth Pay coin issued by the Korea Youth Committee, for which Cho Hyun-young has been serving as a public relations ambassador since 2022, was involved in a coin fraud controversy.
In response, Cho Hyun-young said, "At the time, the Youth Committee was said to be an organization supported by the National Assembly, and if so, I thought it would help the image as it was also a public interest. I never expected that Youth Pay would be related to fraud or scams." He said, “I have never participated in the currently controversial coin fraud, risking my 15 years in the entertainment industry.”
