Seonbin Lee's perjury controversy begins with a mud fight

On the 4th, a media outlet reported that in the case in which Byun Byeon, former chairman of Wellmade Yedang, sued former WWW Entertainment CEO Seo on charges of blackmail last year, Lee Sun-bin overturned her court testimony about WWW's ownership differently from four years ago, which affected the ruling. It was reported that he was crazy. It is pointed out that Lee Sun-bin gave false testimony in court.

In particular, Imagine Asia sued Mr. A, the chairman of Wellmade Yedang in 2017. In addition, Mr. A counter-sued Mr. B, former CEO of WWD Entertainment, on charges of blackmail in 2021.
In a related article, it was said that Lee Sun-bin was named as a witness in both trials and gave conflicting testimony. In the case in which Imagine Asia sued Mr. A in 2017, Mr. A testified that he had no relationship with WWD Entertainment, but in the 2021 countersuit trial, WWD Entertainment again testified that it was indeed Mr. A.

Lee Sun-bin, who heard the article, immediately refuted it. Sunbin Lee said, "Isn't it because they want to create controversy? And the delisting is because of me... I just said that? I would be grateful if you would look into the trial case in more depth and write an article."
In addition, he shared an article containing content related to the substantive review of his former agency's listing eligibility and added, "It is said that the decision to delist (the former agency) was made for this reason, not me."

On the other hand, if the media reported incorrectly as Lee Sun-bin claimed, that could also be punished as defamation. There is a high possibility that it will eventually turn into a mud fight.
