Seo Hayan "I have a cold head after giving birth"

In the video, Seo Hayan started by explaining beauty items, saying, “I’ve collected all the things I actually use.” First, we introduced a hot pack that can be attached to socks. Seo Ha-yan, the eldest and second child studying abroad in Canada, explained, "Jun-woo and Jun-seong go skiing in the winter, so these are hot packs that they attach to their feet, socks, or the inside of their shoes. I also carry one of these in each of my socks when my feet get cold on set." .
Seo Hayan revealed the secret to maintaining her body. Seo Hayan explained the diet supplements she takes, saying, "I said I get help from supplements when dieting. There were a lot of comments asking about it." Seo Ha-yan confessed, "Sometimes I take the two types with different ingredients in turns. The next day, my bowel movements are good and my weight doesn't go up."
Regarding her hair care method, Seo Hayan said, "Hair gets dry in the winter. It's the same as skin. Instead of oil essence, I use water essence. If I apply it generously on wet hair and let it dry, static electricity doesn't build up, which is good." Also, while introducing hair rolls, he said, "Usually, my bangs don't die a lot.
