Joo Hyun-young donates to Türkiye-Syria earthquake recovery

Actress Joo Hyun-young donated 30 million won to the Turkiye, Syria earthquake relief fund.

On the 11th, the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association announced that Hyunyoung Joo had donated 30 million won, asking for it to be used for victims of the strong earthquake that occurred in Turkye and Syria.

The donation sent by Hyunyoung Joo plans to be used to secure relief supplies needed to overcome earthquake damage and to rebuild and recover the affected areas.

Hope Bridge Secretary General Kim Jeong-hee said, “We are deeply grateful for Joo Hyun-young’s donation, and Hope Bridge will do our best to quickly deliver needed relief supplies to the local area and help rebuild the affected area.”

Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association, a disaster relief fund-raising organization, is a purely private organization established in 1961 by newspapers, broadcasters, and social groups across the country, and is the only legal relief organization that can provide relief funds for victims of domestic natural disasters.
