Park Ha-sun, a sociopath, a passionate performance that gives you goosebumps

On the 11th, JTBC's 'Heared, Seeed, Is It Possible' looked into the kidnapping of an elementary school student in Busan in the form of a radio drama. The passionate performance of Park Ha-sun, who played the criminal, and the guest Park Byeong-eun, as well as the performance of director Jang Hang-jun, who made a special cameo that everyone was curious about, left a deep impression.
As the broadcast on this day predicted the largest number of characters ever to appear, the sight of actors dressing up as colorful characters raised expectations. In earnest, through the fourth radio drama 'Knowing When to Stop', the inside story of the kidnapping and murder of an elementary school cousin in Busan in 1994 was uncovered. The victim's cousin, who was the prime suspect, pointed out three accomplices.
However, during the investigation, it was revealed that three accomplices had made false confessions under torture and coercion by the police. This case, which attracted a lot of public attention at the time, was recorded as the first case in which a Korean court was made public by allowing filming inside the court, which was very unusual, on the day of the final sentencing. Only the victim's cousin was found guilty.
In this way, an incident full of lies was reconstructed as a radio drama, making it feel more vivid through the actors' acting. Among them, Park Ha-sun played the role of the criminal who killed his cousin in the play, and chilled the audience by depicting in detail the appearance of a sociopath with histrionic personality disorder.
Park Byeong-eun, who was a guest, led the audience's attention as an investigative reporter digging into the case and a lawyer approaching the truth through reasonable doubt. In addition, along with the radio drama, we watched related materials such as newspaper articles and news videos, and heard behind-the-scenes information through interviews with reporters who covered the actual incident and the first trial judge, making us even more immersed in the story. Deducing the truth of the case and the criminal's psychology and intentions also doubled the interest.
