The late Seo Se-won's body cost 30 million won just to transport it.

On the 24th, Seo Dong-ju returned from Cambodia through Incheon International Airport. Previously, Seo Dong-ju, who heard the news of the death of his father, comedian Seo Se-won, on the 20th, headed to Cambodia, where his father's body was laid to rest, on the 22nd.
Seo Se-won died of cardiac arrest while receiving an IV at Mirae Hospital in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, on the afternoon of the 20th. It is known that the deceased suffered from diabetes as a chronic disease. Seo Se-won's funeral in Cambodia is currently set up in a temple near Buyeong Town in Phnom Penh.
The bereaved family is still discussing funeral arrangements. Seo Dong-ju's side wants the funeral to be held in Korea. However, it does not appear to be easy due to various circumstances.
It is said that transporting the body alone takes 5 days and costs about 30 million Korean won. Acquaintances of the late Seo Se-won are of the opinion that it would be best to cremate the body in Cambodia and then hold a funeral in Korea with the urn.
