Lee Jang-woo, showing his ambition

Lee Jang-woo continued his journey in Naples, Italy with Baek Jong-won, Yuri, and John Park in the tvN entertainment program 'Business Genius White Beach', which aired on the 7th.
First, Baek Jong-won, who received a disappointing sales report on the first day of business, prescribed a special contract, and Lee Jang-woo transformed into the producer of a promotional mukbang video, which was one of the points of a counterattack. Lee Jang-woo, who began filming actively by even creating the storyboard himself, suggested a unique and bold idea, saying, “These elements are necessary to attract attention.”
Yuri appeared as a mukbang model, and Lee Jang-woo focused on the visuals of the food, showing off his skills as a 'muktail (mukbang + detail)' craftsman. After filming ended, Lee Jang-woo started editing himself and showed a high level of concentration by maintaining an unwavering posture for a long time and moving only two fingers.
He also showed the ambition of a 'business genius' dreamer. When asked by Yuri if he had any new business plans to succeed the udon restaurant, Lee Jang-woo responded, “I’m going to go to the next Baek Jong-won,” and his eyes sparkled with laughter. Although it was sublimated into humor, Lee Jang-woo's sincerity about business and food more than anyone else gave viewers a sense of sincerity.
As the floating population on the streets increased and customers began to flock to the store, the employees could not hide their excitement, and Lee Jang-woo showed an experienced attitude, saying, “You really have to be calm at times like this.” Lee Jang-woo perfectly played the role of a 'sous chef' who understood the flow of the store without getting excited even in busy situations.
In addition, it became the perfect ‘control tower’ for Baekbanjip, leading to smooth business. When the number of customers suddenly increased and side dishes ran out, Lee Jang-woo started cooking skillfully and actively assisted Baek Jong-won and took charge of the kitchen. In addition, they performed an amazing job by managing hygiene by cleaning occasionally and immediately coming to the rescue when employees were in trouble.
