On this day, Kang Jae-jun shared his diet routine. Kang Jae-jun, who entered his 15th diet, lost up to 85.6 kg. Compared to last January’s weight of 108 kg, she lost about 24 kg. He said, "I feel like I've almost done it. My body is so light."
He added, “I am exercising hard and controlling my diet. Although we are almost there, I think this is just the beginning. I will continue to work hard.”

He also said, “I think the reason I came this far is because of your encouragement. It was very difficult to fight hunger in the beginning.” He added, “I would like to tell people who are new to dieting that if they are careful in the beginning, there will be no major problems if they eat a certain amount later. “Even if you starve too much, you will yo-yo, so you need to eat and exercise at the same time,” he advised.
