Shim Hyung-tak, double congratulations ahead of marriage with 18 years younger

On the 24th, Shim Hyung-tak's agency, Allomalo Humane Entertainment, said, "Recently, the agency that requested the return of the loan to pay back a large amount of money, such as investment and debt guarantees, was judged 'not responsible'."
According to the legal community, the Civil Division 14 of the Seoul Central District Court ruled in favor of some of the plaintiffs on the 17th in a lawsuit filed by Mr. Kim against Hyung-tak Shim and his mother Mr. Lee for the return of the loan. The court ordered Lee to pay about 300 million won in principal and interest calculated at a certain rate, but for Shim Hyung-tak, it ruled that "all claims are dismissed."
In February of last year, Mr. Kim filed a lawsuit against Shim Hyung-tak and Mr. Lee, saying, "Pay back 477 million won and delayed interest."
On the other hand, Shim Hyung-tak's side refuted, saying, "It is true that Mr. Shim's account is managed by his mother, but Mr. Shim did not know that he borrowed money or that the money was deposited."
The judge said, "In the case confirmation document, it was written that Shim Hyung-tak would jointly guarantee the mother's debt, but only the mother signed and sealed it as a confirmation." I can’t see him as Mr.,” he explained.
Previously, Shim Hyung-tak confessed that he had suffered severe economic difficulties, such as blowing up the 'Hangang View' apartment due to his mother's excessive investment and fraud damage in the recently broadcast TV Chosun 'Lovers of Joseon'. He was caught up in a lawsuit due to his mother's investment and debt guarantees and stopped acting.
Shim Hyung-tak is set to marry Japanese Saya Hirai in July. Until recently, the two appeared together on the TV Chosun entertainment show 'Joseon's Lover', and they are scheduled to appear together in the season 2 broadcast.
