Yoo Hee-yeol bought a 21% stake in the antenna for 3.2 billion… Return as the 2nd largest shareholder

Composer and producer Yoo Hee-yeol returned as a major shareholder of Antenna.

According to the Electronic Disclosure System of the Financial Supervisory Service on the 10th, Antenna CEO Yoo Hee-yeol spent about 3.2 billion won on the 2nd to buy 2786 shares, or 21.37%, of Antenna.

Kakao Entertainment, which had a 100% stake in Antenna, decreased to 57.93% (7553 shares). Yoo Hee-yeol (21.37%) became the second largest shareholder of Antenna after Kakao Enter. The remaining 20.7% is held by a third party.

In May 2021, Kakao Entertainment bought a 19% stake in Yoo Hee-yeol and bought a 100% stake in Antenna for 10 billion won. Yoo Hee-yeol, who has risen to the second largest shareholder, is expected to focus on antenna management in the future.

Celebrities belonging to Antenna include Yoo Jae-seok, Lee Mi-joo, Lucid Fall, Lee Hyori, Lee Sang-soon, Peppertones, and Jukjae.
