CJ ENM's innovative team-based cooking variety show 'Cooking is Painful!' has released its second teaser video.
Set to premiere on November 9th on the YouTube channel 'La Kkonz' and tvN, 'Cooking is Painful!' showcases a 'Cooking Exhibition' project where chefs gather to explore new culinary ideas. The show features 'Show Chef' Kim Poong, 'Queen of Dim Sum' Jung Ji-sun, 'Chinese Cuisine Witch' Lee Moon-jung, 'Business Genius' Jo Seo-hyung, and comedian Lee Eun-ji.
On the 4th, the production team of 'Cooking is Painful!' released a second teaser video that captures the chefs' passion for the 'Cooking Exhibition.' In the video, the four chefs, led by manager Lee Eun-ji, embark on an urgent workshop to Hong Kong to gain inspiration for the yet-to-be-determined 'Cooking Exhibition.' While the chefs indulge in the culinary delights of Hong Kong in search of new ideas, Lee Eun-ji humorously complains, "I'm too full. Let's stop eating."
The show also teases the involvement of special guests who will support the chefs' 'Cooking Exhibition.' Notable figures such as Gwe Do, who resonated with Kim Poong's unique culinary art by saying, "There's a realm of science," along with Joo Woo-jae, Calm Man, Jonathan, and Lee Sa-bae, will taste the chefs' creations and offer creative insights, positioning themselves as special collaborators.
The contrasting reactions between the confident guests, who assert, "If we follow this idea, the 'Cooking Exhibition' will definitely be a hit," and the skeptical chefs, who question, "Are we really doing this?" draw attention.
