Actor Jin Tae-hyun has spoken out about the reactions surrounding his departure from JTBC's 'Divorce Consideration Camp.' Previously, he announced his exit from the show.
On the 3rd, Jin Tae-hyun took to Instagram to express his feelings about the attention following his departure. Alongside his post, he shared several behind-the-scenes photos from the show's filming.
Jin stated, "Today, I am writing my final post related to the program to thank my fans, viewers, and journalists." He continued, "After the news of my departure, I received a lot of support on portals, communities, and YouTube. Although I couldn't see everything, it was a great comfort and I am grateful."
He also shared, "It seems like sincerity is the most important thing these days. I feel fulfilled living truthfully with my wife," adding, "I have no personal grievances or regrets about leaving."
Jin also opened up about the pressure of the current situation. He said, "Although all recordings are complete, there are still over two months of episodes left to air, so I will continue to appear on the show even after my departure," expressing his concern about how to explain this to fans, family, and friends.
Regarding some criticism directed at the production team, he stated, "Everything is due to my lack of ability and is my fault. Hatred, criticism, and anger towards people are not good for anyone," urging, "Please send me off with a smile. Let's live without judging people by appearances."
The 'Divorce Consideration Camp' team announced Jin Tae-hyun's departure on the 27th of last month, explaining it as a decision for new changes and reorganization. However, controversy arose when it was revealed that Jin was informed of his departure through his manager rather than directly by the production team. Actor Lee Dong-gun has been chosen as Jin's replacement and will join the show starting in July.
