DJMAX Composer LeeZu Passes Away at 42

Singer-songwriter LeeZu, whose real name was Lee Jun-young, has passed away at the age of 42.

On the 4th, composer XeoN, whose real name is Wang Jung-hyun, announced the sad news on his account, stating, "My friend and the beloved DJMAX composer LeeZu has embarked on a solitary journey." He added, "Please remember the many songs he left behind and pay tribute so that his journey is not lonely. May he rest in peace."

LeeZu was known for his work as a singer, composer, and YouTuber, contributing to various game soundtracks, including DJMAX. After getting married, he moved to the countryside and ran a YouTube channel. In 2023, he announced his divorce and that he and his spouse were going their separate ways.

The cause of his death has not been disclosed. However, on the 25th of last month, a video titled 'Goodbye' along with a song of the same name was uploaded to his YouTube channel, drawing attention.
