Actress Jeon So-young Shines in Bold Page Photoshoot and Interview

A captivating photoshoot featuring actress Jeon So-young, known for her striking presence in Netflix's 'Girigo,' has been unveiled.

Global media platform Bold Page has released an exclusive photoshoot and interview with Jeon So-young. The photoshoot, themed 'The Moment of No Return,' visually explores two coexisting emotions within a person. In a white dress, Jeon embodies the pure and hesitant emotions before making a choice, while the vintage floral styling captures the anxiety and tension after the decision.

In the interview following the photoshoot, Jeon So-young shared behind-the-scenes stories and her thoughts as an actress. Debuting in 2025, Jeon confessed, "I'm actually quite scared and can't watch horror movies. I remember having to sleep with my mom after watching something scary as a child," she laughed.

However, she portrayed a completely different persona in her work. "The actors with special makeup were so frightening that I couldn't make eye contact. During filming, I would deliberately avoid looking at them, saying 'See you later,'" she recalled. Regarding her possession scenes, Jeon revealed her unique approach, "I drew on the movie 'Gonjiam' to capture the emotions. Instead of acting, I tried to think 'I am that entity.'"

Jeon also performed most of her action scenes herself. "I filmed scenes like jumping off a rooftop and body collisions without a stunt double. After thorough rehearsals, there weren't many takes. During filming, I was too tense to notice, but once it was over, exhaustion hit me," she said.

She candidly discussed her growth as an actress. "Through this project, I learned a lot by experiencing both action and emotional scenes. Watching senior actors taught me how to convey emotions, and there are scenes that linger in my mind even after filming," she shared.

In conclusion, Jeon So-young expressed her aspirations, "I like the phrase 'Da.Gung.Bae' to describe me. I want to be an actress who makes people curious about what's next. I hope to show more diverse sides of myself and present a new face with each project. I wish for a year where more people get to know Jeon So-young, and I can smile a lot both professionally and personally," she said with a smile.
