Yum Jung-ah, wife of hospital director Heo Il, shared her views on marriage.
On the October 30th episode of tvN's variety show 'Sisters' Direct Delivery in Calape', the captivating journey of Yum Jung-ah, Park Jun-myeon, Dex, and Kim Hye-yoon unfolded against the backdrop of Bohol, Philippines. From dancing with sea turtles to harvesting pineapples in a 10,000-pyeong field, the four siblings showcased their genuine family chemistry, bringing laughter to viewers.
The siblings embarked on their journey with a 'Dance with Turtles' themed hopping tour. As the atmosphere heated up like a dance club on a boat, they finally encountered the much-anticipated sea turtles. Park Jun-myeon, Dex, and Kim Hye-yoon dove into the emerald sea for an exciting underwater exploration. Dex, a former UDT member, skillfully navigated the waters, earning the nickname 'Water Dex', while attentively looking after Kim Hye-yoon. The sight of the siblings gracefully moving with the turtles underwater was a spectacle that captivated the audience.
Upon reaching the island, they experienced the traditional Filipino meal 'Boodle Fight', continuing their food adventure. Park Jun-myeon, in particular, showcased her relentless 'mango love' from the moment she opened her eyes, leaving the scene in stitches. A special adventure to find Nemo followed. Yum Jung-ah, trying snorkeling for the first time, expressed her awe at the colorful tropical fish and underwater world, saying it was an experience she hadn't even had on her honeymoon. Dex freely dived up to 7 meters, delivering breathtaking scenes to viewers.
Back at their accommodation, the siblings engaged in a 'Table Art Awards' themed photo session, each donning a unique dress code. They brought party outfits to win a high-end dining voucher. With visuals rivaling an awards ceremony, including Miss Korea alum Yum Jung-ah, 'Tango Park' Park Jun-myeon, 'Man in Black' Dex, and Princess Mamelle Kim Hye-yoon, they heightened the atmosphere. They even declared a dinner strike, determined to win the dining voucher.
The game prepared for the siblings was a 'Food Enlargement Quiz' guessing dishes from Season 1. Despite their efforts for the high-end dining voucher, they ended up with a low-end one. Dressed in their awards ceremony outfits, they arrived at a local skewer restaurant, exuding a casual vibe. Dex, fully immersed in 'skewer holic', showcased a voracious eating spree, while Yum Jung-ah and Park Jun-myeon started a small wedding skit with Dex and Kim Hye-yoon, adding to the laughter.
They also shared warm moments discussing their life stories and concerns. Kim Hye-yoon, a 14-year veteran actress who endured a long period of obscurity, shared her honest story, capturing interest with realistic talks about love and marriage. Kim Hye-yoon confessed that marriage feels like a distant concept, comparing it to a college entrance exam. Dex also shared his thoughts, saying, "I haven't thought about marriage or becoming a father yet." In response, Yum Jung-ah offered heartfelt advice as a life senior, saying, "Marriage isn't the answer in life," but also adding, "When you love, the world looks beautiful, and having children changes your perspective on the world."
On the third morning in Bohol, the siblings headed to 'Calape'. Upon reaching the mountain top, they were awestruck by the vast 10,000-pyeong field before them. They were given an unprecedented mission to 'harvest everything possible from Calape Farm', and they set out to harvest the famous pineapples of Calape. Led by Captain Yum Jung-ah in 'hyena' mode, Park Jun-myeon displayed her humorous side, Dex showed his powerful worker side with his unrestrained strength, and Kim Hye-yoon conducted meticulous research like a scholar, each showcasing their unique charms in harvesting top-grade pineapples.
After the laborious work, they enjoyed a break, savoring local coconuts and pineapples. Meanwhile, the busy movements of the staff caught attention, sparking curiosity. It turned out that actor Lee Si-eon, known to be close friends with Dex, appeared as a surprise guest. Lee Si-eon, saying he came because of Dex, prepared a surprise camera, heightening curiosity about how he would meet the siblings and raising anticipation for the next journey.
