Actress Lee Min-jung recently gave fans a peek into her weekend parenting routine, showcasing her life as a real mom.
On the 24th, Lee Min-jung's YouTube channel 'Lee Min-jung MJ' released a video titled 'A Fun Look at Lee Min-jung's Weekend at Home *MJ's Daughter Has Grown So Much!'.
In the video, Lee Min-jung candidly shared, "The YouTube team assigned me to film a weekend vlog," adding, "Weekends are tiring and sleepy, and the kids are around," revealing her realistic struggles from the start. She stepped outside to find her daughter, Seo-yi, and burst into laughter upon seeing her daughter sweeping leaves with a broom.
Three-year-old Seo-yi caught attention by clearly saying, "I'm cleaning." Lee Min-jung commented, "Why are you cleaning so diligently? My daughter is working hard," but also sneezed, saying, "There's too much dust," which brought laughter. She tried to feed her daughter kimbap, but Seo-yi wouldn't let go of the broom, leaving Lee Min-jung in a dilemma, saying, "How am I supposed to film this?"
Later, Seo-yi suddenly started singing and dancing, creating impromptu lyrics like "The leaves have fallen" and "A cat passed by," continuing her 'never-ending performance.' She encouraged her brother Jun-hoo to dance, saying, "Brother, dance," showcasing her talent. Jun-hoo laughed, saying, "I thought you were doing martial arts."
Previously, fortune teller Heo Gu-bong had analyzed Seo-yi's fortune, predicting, "She has a talent for entertainment. She will start her career around the age of 15," which became a topic of interest. Lee Min-jung expressed her amazement at her daughter's talent with the caption, "You were right."
Back at home, Lee Min-jung said, "I'm taking a short break while Seo-yi plays with her grandmother," but within minutes, she was back to parenting, showing her life as a real mom. While taking a walk with her daughter, she was amazed by Seo-yi's constant chatter, saying, "She never stops talking. Seo-yi has become very talkative."
Lee Min-jung also shared an episode with her son Jun-hoo. With his birthday gift, an iPad, yet to arrive, she nagged him about buying a case, which upset him. To make amends, she cooked for him, preparing jjapagetti and buldak-bokkeum-myeon, calling it "reconciliation food," and comforted him with care.
Lee Min-jung concluded, "Weekends are hectic like this," but added, "These moments become cherished memories." She emphasized, "There's nothing special, but these everyday moments are the most precious."
Meanwhile, Lee Min-jung married actor Lee Byung-hun in 2013, and they have a son, Jun-hoo, and a daughter, Seo-yi.
