Actress Go Yoon-jung is delivering a standout performance in the JTBC weekend drama 'Fighting Against One's Worthlessness.' The drama recorded a nationwide viewership rating of 2.2% for both its first and second episodes, according to Nielsen Korea.
In 'Fighting Against One's Worthlessness' (directed by Cha Young-hoon, written by Park Hae-young, produced by Studio Phoenix, SLL, and Studio Flow), Go Yoon-jung plays the role of 'Byun Eun-ah.' Within just two episodes, she has captivated audiences with her unique ability to convey a multitude of emotions in silence. Her restrained performance, which internalizes rather than externalizes turbulent emotions, has brought depth to the character's inner world.
Byun Eun-ah is a character who does not shed a tear even in the face of extreme anxiety. Instead, her suppressed emotions reach a breaking point and manifest as a nosebleed. Go Yoon-jung has been praised for capturing the paradoxical yearning for life amidst despair through her expressive eyes.

"Since the character has many moments of silence, I worked hard to fill those spaces solidly, hoping that Byun Eun-ah's sharpness would convey not just strength but also the underlying anxiety and wounds," Go Yoon-jung shared, highlighting her intense dedication.
