Emotional Turmoil Unfolds in 'Our Happy Days' as Family Conflicts Reach Boiling Point
Um Hyun-kyung's character, Jo Eun-ae, breaks down from family conflicts in the upcoming episode of KBS 1TV's daily drama 'Our Happy Days,' airing tonight (24th).

Previously, Kang Yeon-ja (played by Kim Hye-ok) learned that a donation of 200 million won was needed for her son Jo Eun-hyung's (played by Choi Sung-won) appointment as a professor. She pressured Jo Sung-joon (played by Sunwoo Jae-duk) to look into loans and retirement funds.

However, Jo Eun-hyung had already decided to give up the professorship, stating that he couldn't buy his position with money. In desperation, Kang Yeon-ja turned to her daughter Jo Eun-ae, asking for the sale proceeds of 'Lucky Joy Tech.' Jo Eun-ae firmly refused, escalating the mother-daughter conflict.

In the stills released ahead of the broadcast, Jo Sung-joon is seen comforting his daughter Jo Eun-ae. While he empathizes with Kang Yeon-ja's request, he also supports Jo Eun-ae, becoming a reliable pillar for her.

However, an unexpected visitor at Jo Eun-ae's company casts a shadow over her life once again. Go Kyul (played by Yoon Jong-hoon) witnesses Jo Eun-ae shedding tears in private and offers his own form of comfort. Viewers are keen to see if Go Kyul's seemingly cold yet warm consolation can help Jo Eun-ae regain her positive momentum.

'Our Happy Days' airs on weekdays at 8:30 PM.
