Jang Keun-suk Captivates Monday Nights with His 'Asia Prince' Charm

Jang Keun-suk, known as the 'Asia Prince,' captivated audiences on Monday evening with his charismatic presence. Previously, he had garnered attention with his characteristic boastful remarks.

On the October 20th episode of SBS's 'But Seriously!', Jang appeared as a guest alongside actor Choi Daniel in the 'Gugi-dong Friends' segment, showcasing his confident charm.

During the show, when a parody story from his past mini-homepage was brought up, Jang momentarily appeared flustered but coolly acknowledged, "That too is a part of me." Introducing himself as 'Complete Teto' and a 'Real Man,' he removed his glasses and exuded a powerful gaze, instantly dominating the atmosphere.

Particularly memorable was his statement, "A man without bravado lacks courage and guts." He also recreated his famous fan meeting line, "Who wants to lie next to me?" on the spot, showcasing his versatile entertainment skills.

Jang's charming bravado stories didn't stop there. He reminisced about his youthful passion, sharing an anecdote from when he was 20, driving a van himself to meet friends to experience fame. Regarding his 'Asia Prince' moniker, he revealed, "I coined it myself because the term 'Hallyu star' felt cliché," highlighting his unique creativity.

Jang's candid communication with fans also drew attention. His strong farewell message during enlistment, "If you cheat, you'll die," and his confident remark to fans leaving the fandom, "You'll eventually come back to me," showcased his self-assuredness. When asked to choose between 'fans vs. myself,' he humorously chose 'myself' without hesitation.

In another segment, Jang's end-of-century flirting attempt towards Lee Soo-ji was swiftly rejected, prompting him to demonstrate the trending 'No-look Flirting' style, further displaying his comedic talent.

Jang Keun-suk's show 'Gugi-dong Friends' airs every Friday at 8:35 PM on tvN. Meanwhile, he successfully completed performances in Osaka, Japan, following the '2026 THE CHIMIRO IN SEOUL' event on November 11th, and is set to continue with a concert in Tokyo on May 21st.
