According to the Japanese weekly magazine Shukan Bunshun on October 23, RM was recently seen in the bustling Shibuya area of Tokyo with acquaintances, where he allegedly smoked multiple times in non-smoking zones. Reports claim he smoked not only on the streets but also in building corridors marked with no-smoking signs and discarded cigarette butts on the ground.
The magazine reported that a security guard approached RM's group to request they stop smoking, but RM allegedly continued. It was also reported that a staff member had to kneel to pick up the discarded cigarette butts left by RM's group. The publication released photos of the incident, sparking public criticism.
Meanwhile, BTS held concerts at the Tokyo Dome on October 17 and 18. They are set to continue their North American tour at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa on October 25-26 and 28.
