Wanna One Returns with 'WANNA ONE GO: Back to Base' After 7 Years

The much-anticipated reality show 'WANNA ONE GO: Back to Base' marks the return of Wanna One after seven years, and key highlights have been revealed.

On the 21st, global K-POP content platform Mnet Plus shared insights into the show's concept and the atmosphere on set through a written interview with the production team. A surprise spoiler related to Wanna One's first reunion video 'B-Side,' set to be released at 6 PM, was also unveiled, heightening expectations.

The production team emphasized the 'authenticity' of the members as the main highlight of the program. They explained that the show originated from the members' strong desire to reconnect with fans through reality TV. The title 'Back to Base' signifies the members, who have been pursuing individual activities, coming together again as Wanna One and returning to their base. The natural and sincere interactions of the members, who have walked their own paths for a long time, are expected to be the core narrative of this season.

Regarding the long-awaited reunion, the production team shared, "We were concerned about potential awkwardness due to the time apart, but those worries quickly vanished as soon as filming began."
