Although Shin Ju-shin confesses his unexpected feelings for Geum Bara, she avoids giving a clear response, secretly harboring feelings for Ha Yong-jung.
Meanwhile, upon hearing about Shin Ju-shin's proposal, Momo (played by Baek Seo-ra) is furious yet contemplates whether Geum Bara's potential marriage could benefit her pursuit of Ha Yong-jung, probing Geum Bara's true intentions with calculated precision.
Unexpected developments occur between Ha Yong-jung and Geum Bara. While drinking together, they end up dancing closely, leading to a mutual confession of love, breaking the taboo of their feelings. The scene intensifies as Ha Yong-jung unzips Geum Bara's dress, and she is later seen welcoming him back from a business trip, hinting at the possibility of marriage. However, this romantic atmosphere is short-lived as Geum Bara decides to leave Korea, bidding farewell to Shin Ju-shin.
Towards the end of the episode, a shocking scene unfolds as Geum Bara suddenly collapses, clutching her chest in pain. Shin Ju-shin, who visits to persuade her not to leave, finds her in agony and urgently calls for an ambulance. Despite her refusal to seek treatment, claiming she is leaving because of someone she loves, Shin Ju-shin insists on taking her to the hospital. The intertwining of confessions, unexpected illness, and her decision to go abroad leaves viewers eagerly anticipating the next developments.
