Singer KCM has introduced his 14-year-old daughter to the public for the first time on KBS2's 'The Return of Superman'.
The 617th episode, aired on the 15th, was themed 'The Day We Will Never Forget'.
KCM decided to take his first family photo in 15 years. During the episode, his eldest daughter, Suyeon, was revealed for the first time. Her stunning beauty drew admiration from the show's participants, who commented, "She's beautiful," "An idol," "A girl group member," "She could be an actress," and "With such beauty, she could debut right now."
Watching Suyeon pose for her solo photo, KCM expressed his emotions, saying, "I can't believe how much she's grown. So many thoughts crossed my mind." His wife also shared, "She's grown so much. It's bittersweet."
KCM previously faced a financial crisis due to a fraud case, which left him with a massive debt. To protect his family from debt collectors, he kept his marriage and children a secret until last year.
Reflecting on the past, KCM shared, "When my eldest daughter was young, she would say, 'They want me to come with my dad to school, what should I do?' My wife would quietly take her aside to talk, fearing I might overhear." He also recalled, "When my eldest entered elementary school, we had to submit a family photo. I was worried about being recognized, so we submitted a photo taken from afar. It broke my heart."
To his mature daughter, KCM expressed, "It pains me that you understood my situation at such a young age. Looking back, I wonder how hard it must have been for you." He added, "I love my eldest daughter so much," showing his deep affection. Reflecting on the day's shoot, he said, "It felt like a dream. It was so beautiful. I wondered if I deserved to be this happy."
