Renowned Korean entertainer Park Myung-soo has signed an exclusive contract with CP Entertainment, joining the ranks of other notable figures such as Shin Dong-yup and Ji Ye-eun.
Debuting in 1993 as a comedian through MBC, Park Myung-soo is celebrated as the pioneer of 'scolding comedy.' He has established a unique presence as an MC, singer, DJ, and YouTuber. Known for his diverse characters on the popular variety show 'Infinite Challenge,' Park won the 'MBC Entertainment Awards' Grand Prize in 2007 and 2012. He has also been hosting 'Park Myung-soo's Radio Show' for a decade.
Recently, Park has expanded his reach with his YouTube channel 'Hal Myung-soo,' which boasts approximately 1.71 million subscribers. Through content like interviews, mukbangs, skits, and daily life vlogs, he has become an icon for the MZ generation. As he enters a new phase of his career, expectations are high for the synergy he will create with CP Entertainment.

Founded in 2023 as a subsidiary of Coupang, CP Entertainment has expanded into content production and talent management. With a strong lineup including Shin Dong-yup, Lee Soo-ji, Ji Ye-eun, and Kim Kyu-won, and recently adding Kangnam, the company has produced major works like Coupang Play's flagship series 'SNL Korea' and 'Office Workers.' Recently, Ji Ye-eun made headlines by confirming her relationship with dancer Bata.
Meanwhile, Park Myung-soo has been married to family medicine doctor Han Soo-min since 2008, and they have one daughter together.
