Im Woo-il is set to tackle the 'Pandora's Box' that is his refrigerator. The transformation of his fridge and freezer, once dubbed the 'exile zone for food,' is drawing attention.
On the October 10th episode of MBC's variety show 'I Live Alone,' airing at 11:10 PM, viewers will get a glimpse into Im Woo-il's life as he attends cooking classes.
Living in a home with a view of the Han River, Im Woo-il makes a bold decision to open the long-closed refrigerator door. His fridge and freezer are packed with bags of food that seem to have been exiled from somewhere. Im Woo-il shares, “Since I started learning to cook, I've become more concerned about the state of my fridge. I thought, 'I can't put this off any longer,'” as he begins a thorough cleaning of his refrigerator.
In the released photos, Im Woo-il is seen organizing the food bags he pulled out from the fridge. Notably, he even removes the coffee cups that had become a fixture in the fridge, admitting, “It was the hardest decision,” eliciting laughter. As he discards expired sauces and drinks, Im Woo-il encounters unexpected surprises, leading to chuckles.
Im Woo-il prepares a 'dinner feast' with dishes he made himself at the cooking academy. Anticipation builds for the new look of his dinner table, which had previously been filled with ramen and frozen delivery food.
