Ahead of its premiere on the 10th, MBC's new Friday-Saturday drama '21st Century Grand Princess' (written by Yoo Ji-won, directed by Park Joon-hwa and Bae Hee-young, planned by Kang Dae-sun, produced by MBC and Kakao Entertainment) features conglomerate heiress Seong Hee-joo (played by IU) persistently requesting an audience with Grand Prince Ian (played by Byeon Woo-seok).
In the drama, Seong Hee-joo and Grand Prince Ian live in a constitutional monarchy where the royal family still exists in the 21st century, making it as difficult to meet a royal as reaching for the stars.
