Kim Ryang-ha, a member of the former JYP Entertainment duo Ryang Hyun Ryang Ha, has confirmed his relationship with model Kim Hee.
On October 6, the YouTube channel 'Byungjin's Brother' released a video titled '[Nagomab] Did Ryang Hyun Ryang Ha Lose 2 Billion Won?!' featuring Kim Ryang-ha. The video highlighted Kim's journey as a member of the first artist group under JYP Entertainment.
During the video, Kim spoke about his girlfriend, saying, "We've been friends for a long time. My girlfriend is a famous model." He continued, "I also work in online marketing and hosted a party for influencers and business people. We reconnected there, and things just clicked. So, I asked her out on Pepero Day."
Kim Ryang-ha shared that their relationship evolved from friendship, stating, "We have a great connection. We even run a short-form content channel together called '100 Million YouTuber H.' Both our names include 'H'—I'm Kim Ryang-ha, and she's Kim Hee."
Reflecting on his time with JYP Entertainment, Kim mentioned that their contract was a 50/50 split, which was unusual at the time. "The standard contract duration was 10 years, but ours was exceptionally set for 5 years. My brother even helped us find a place in Seoul," he said.
However, Kim revealed that the 2 billion won they earned remains unaccounted for. "My father managed the cash, but he passed away suddenly while I was serving in the military," Kim explained. "My mother never asked him about it, thinking he'd take care of it when I got married, but he passed away before that could happen."
