Jaejoong (40) recently revealed that watching T-ara's Hyomin (36) get married has sparked his own dreams of marriage.
On the October 3rd episode of KBS2's variety show 'New Release, Pyeonstorang,' Hyomin joined as a new chef. During the show, Hyomin shared, "I love planning, so I handled all the wedding preparations myself," describing her self-planned wedding. She explained how she personally selected everything from reference photos for the wedding shoot to the wedding cake and small accessories.
Jaejoong commented, "I've always found the idea of marriage tiresome, but watching Hyomin's wedding made my heart race for the first time. If I were to get married, I'd want to do it like this." Hyomin offered her assistance, saying, "I'll help you. I've mastered it," volunteering as a wedding planner.
The topic of marriage continued in Jaejoong's VCR segment. His father expressed his birthday wish, saying, "My wish is for my son to get married," lamenting that Jaejoong had once promised to marry at 27, but is now 40. When Jaejoong awkwardly responded, "It's not a world where you can get married alone," his mother retorted, "Even a rubber shoe under the floor has a pair."
Ultimately, Jaejoong attempted to break a raw egg with his hand, claiming, "A raw egg never breaks. Even athletes can't do it," but ended up breaking it. Surprised, he said, "I did it thinking it wouldn't break, but it shattered," while his mother emphasized, "You will definitely get married."
The Pyeonstorang cast then humorously predicted 'Jaejoong will get married in 2026' with AI-generated wedding images, celebrating with cheers and declaring it a festival.
