Baek Se-ra breaks down in tears at Cheon Young-min's 49th-day memorial alongside Joo Se-bin and Jeon No-min.
In the recent episode of TV CHOSUN's weekend mini-series 'Dr. Shin,' Shin Joo-shin (played by Jung Yi-chan) faced conflict due to the excessive interference of Momo (played by Baek Se-ra), who possesses the brain of his mother-in-law, Hyun Ran-hee (played by Song Ji-in). This led him to perform a second brain change surgery on Kim Jin-joo (played by Cheon Young-min). The episode ended with Kim Jin-joo waking up in Momo's body, her eyes wide with terror, hinting at the intense turmoil to come.
In the upcoming 7th episode, airing on the 4th at 10:30 PM, Baek Se-ra unexpectedly bursts into tears during Cheon Young-min's 49th-day memorial, casting a shadow of mystery. In the scene, Momo, Geum Bara (played by Joo Se-bin), and James (played by Jeon No-min) gather at the temple to hold the memorial, as suggested by James. However, as the monk chants and the three bow simultaneously, Momo suddenly breaks down, leaving Geum Bara and James in shock. The reason behind Momo's sorrowful outburst remains a mystery, piquing viewers' curiosity.
Baek Se-ra, Joo Se-bin, and Jeon No-min vividly portrayed the tension in the solemn 'Momo's Cry' scene during Kim Jin-joo's memorial. Baek Se-ra captivated attention by portraying Momo's emotional collapse, a stark contrast to her usual demeanor. Joo Se-bin convincingly depicted Geum Bara's complex emotions towards Kim Jin-joo, while Jeon No-min added depth with his portrayal of mourning for his cherished employee, Kim Jin-joo.
The production team stated, "The scene where Momo's intense emotional change surprises Geum Bara and James is pivotal," adding, "Watch episode 7 to see how Momo's drastic transformation unfolds during the symbolic scene of Kim Jin-joo's 49th-day memorial."
